B2B Regulations for KDR Parts Ltd – Version 1.0 – Entry into Force: 2023.08.05
§ 1. Definitions
- KDR Parts – KDR Parts Ltd, a specialized automotive parts company based in Ireland, dealing in wholesale distribution of automotive spare parts and body parts to the motor trade.
- Catalogue – The KDR Parts online catalogue, including the publicly available version for Users and the B2B business zone available after logging in by Customers, accessible at https://www.kdrparts.ie/catalogue.
- User – Any entity visiting the publicly available Catalogue pages without the need for registration or logging in.
- Customer – A User conducting a business activity (as a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality) to whom access to the B2B business zone of the Catalogue has been granted by KDR Parts.
- KDR Parts Account Manager – A KDR Parts employee responsible for granting access to the B2B business zone of the Catalogue, requiring authentication.
- General Terms of Sale – A separate document regulating the rules of sale of goods by KDR Parts, available at https://www.kdrparts.ie/terms-of-sale.
- Cookies Policy – A separate document regulating the use of cookies by KDR Parts, available at https://www.kdrparts.ie/cookies-policy.
- Privacy Policy – A separate document regulating the principles of processing and protection of personal data used by KDR Parts, available at https://www.kdrparts.ie/privacy-policy.
- Terms and Conditions – These B2B Regulations for KDR Parts Ltd.
§ 2. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the B2B business zone of the KDR Parts online catalogue, accessible at https://www.kdrparts.ie/catalogue.
- By using the B2B business zone, the Customer acknowledges reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer must comply with all applicable laws while using the B2B business zone.
- KDR Parts reserves the exclusive right to modify any information or data published in the Catalogue at any time without prior notice to Users or Customers.
- The information published in the Catalogue is reliable and verified, but KDR Parts is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information for specific activities of individual Users or Customers.
§ 3. KDR Parts Catalogue
- The Catalogue provides a comprehensive overview of the KDR Parts’ product offerings.
- The Catalogue is divided into various categories, allowing Customers to search for products by vehicle make or model, KDR Parts numbers, OE numbers, and other code numbers available in KDR Parts’ database.
- The B2B business zone of the Catalogue enables Customers to place orders, access order history, and use a personalized Customer panel.
§ 4. Catalogue Registration
- Users can freely browse the publicly available version of the Catalogue without registration or logging in.
- Registration and logging into the Catalogue are necessary to access certain subpages not available to unregistered Users.
- Customers seeking access to the B2B business zone must request it through the KDR Parts Account Manager.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (username and password) and must not share this information with unauthorized entities.
- After the initial login, Customers may set their own password for security.
§ 5. Ordering through the Catalogue B2B Zone and General Conditions of Sale
- To order products through the B2B business zone, Customers must be registered and logged in.
- Customers can add selected parts to their cart, check online availability, and confirm the order before sending it.
- Only orders with products physically available in KDR Parts’ stock at the time of placement will be processed.
- The terms and conditions of sales are governed by the “General Terms of Sale,” available at https://www.kdrparts.ie/terms-of-sale.
§ 6. Copyright and Legal Protection of Publications in the Catalogue
- All content in the Catalogue, including design, graphic layout, text, photographs, illustrations, sounds, and any other advertising materials, are intellectual property protected under relevant laws.
- The materials in the Catalogue cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, or used in part or in whole without prior written consent from KDR Parts.
- The use of programs for automatic downloading or scanning of Catalogue content without KDR Parts’ consent is prohibited.
§ 7. Personal Data
- Users are not required to provide personal data to browse the Catalogue.
- Personal data obtained through the Catalogue will be processed only for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, including sales and securing rights and possible claims.

- Use of the B2B business zone may carry risks associated with online security and unauthorized access to personal data or other information.
§ 10. Governing Law
These B2B Regulations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
§ 11. Final Provisions
- These B2B Regulations enter into force on 05.08.2023.
- KDR Parts reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and any changes will apply from the moment of publication on the website: https://www.kdrparts.ie.
- These B2B Regulations are subject to Irish law.
